Blog 8: English Language Challenges
Hi everyone! I hope you all are doing well, Daniela here! Before starting this last blog, I would like to wish you a successful end of semester, there is not much left!
Today I am going to tell you about my
experience with the English program at the University. I’ve have two
experiences (the first one face-to-face, and the most recent, online) I will
concentrate on giving my opinion regarding the last experience; online classes,
it has been mainly good, in the classes
we reinforce oral and written skills on general or political issues, to develop
writing skills we write blogs of various topics, I generally like to write them
since they are entertaining topics and it helps me not to forget how to write
in English lol
Outside of English classes I sometimes use it
when I listen to music both to understand the lyrics and to be able to sing
them, also in the series that I currently watch, where I try to see (and
listen) them with audio in English and translated subtitles or in a more
serious way serious when I must do research work and I look for sources in
English (since there is always more information in that language)
Hi Dani!
ResponderEliminarIt is an excellent idea to watch series in english with subtitles in english. I do the same every time I watch an english series, I feel it helps to learn pronunciation and writing at the same time while you are having fun!
PS: I love Rick and Morty
Hi Dani! , I understand you completely, since I do exactly the same to improve my English. :)
ResponderEliminarRick and Morty is an amazing way to practice English!!
ResponderEliminarnice blog! don't be ashamed uwu if you don't speak well who cares? the worst would be that probably everyone will know its not your first language. and if you dont try you will not improve. Try singing
ResponderEliminarhi dani!
ResponderEliminarHow interesting to practice english with ricky and morty ! I will interpret this blog as a sign to watch the series.
Hi dani, I also learn a lot of English listening music or watching series, it’s a good method I think!
